I’ve had three spinal energetic sessions with Tara and they were all profoundly moving. Each session has been a little different than the last but each time I felt my heart space opening more and more. Allowing me to work through blocks that were holding me back in a major way. The difference I felt after the first in person session left me wanting more. I can’t wait to book again and see what Tara is able to bring my awareness too. Tara is a quiet observer which really helps guide her to what you are truly needing through her energy work. I feel seen and heard, even if I am not sure how to articulate what I am needing or feeling. Just being in her presents offers a sense of calming which my anxious mind always finds comfort after a session with her. I have even experienced her distance sessions from the comfort of my bed and have been able to quiet my mind enough to open my breathing up and at times even call asleep during it. She offers different types of energy work like Reiki, spinal energetics and even akashic record readings.
My spinal energetics session with Tara was a really powerful experience.
